Been coming here for a while, they’ve gotten better and better. Recently had top notch experiences, nice & helpful staff and attentive & detailed dental service. Kyla did my cleaning today, she was exceptional.
Overall, I've had a pretty good experience here. I am scared of the dentist because when you walk in all you hear are drills. The staff here are super friendly. Taginae is so kind. She was very patient and thorough when going through my treatment cost breakdown. She helped me get signed up for a payment and also got me scheduled for my follow up appointments at the same time. She is absolutely phenomenal. On my second visit she knew me by name which was nice :) I had my cleaning with Safiyah who was equally amazing. She was kind and did a great job at distracting me and making me feel comfortable. When she scheduled me for my next cleaning, I kept asking if it was with her because I dont think I would want anyone else to do it. That experience was probably the best that I've ever have and its hard to find someone that will make me feel that comfortable at the dentist office. Dr. Kante was great. I've had very bad experiences with other dentists that made me feel bad about my fears and caused me to not want to go back unless I had some form of dental pain. Instead of talking down to me she spoke to me in a soothing voice and asked me about my past to make this experience way better than those. She made me feel comfortable and made sure I understood what was going on and what I needed. Some dentists will speak to me in languages that I don't understand and I leave confused. My only minor issues is that I feel like this place is a little pricey even with dental insurance. I have to get two root canals and crowns and with insurance it'll be around $6,000. And I also do not like that you MUST do a verbal confirmation the day before, I am not sure if that means they will cancel your appointment if you do not but thats a little inconvenient because their office hours are the same as a standard 9-5 job and/or school schedule. I also scheduled the appointment less than a week ago. Most offices will do a text confirmation which is nice.
Everyone was so nice and patient with me!
